This Agreement is between you (“you”) and sellerkit (“we”, “us”), the licensor of the CloudFormation Deploy Watcher plugin (the “Software”). JetBrains s.r.o. distributes the Software but is not a party to this Agreement. By installing or using the Software, you accept these terms.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software on computers you own or control, for your own development work, for as long as you comply with this Agreement.
The Software is licensed, not sold. We retain all rights in it. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences; the AWS SDK for Java is used under the Apache License 2.0.
The Software runs entirely on your machine. It reads your local AWS configuration and calls AWS directly. It does not transmit your credentials, your data, or usage telemetry to us or to any third party. We collect nothing and store nothing.
The Software requests only read permissions on the AWS service it works with. It does not write to, modify, or delete anything in your AWS account. You are responsible for the credentials you configure and for any AWS charges they incur.
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
This Agreement applies until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using the Software and remove it.
We may update this Agreement for future versions of the Software. The version published at this address at the time you install a release governs that release.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.
