This Agreement is between you (“you”) and sellerkit (“we”, “us”), the licensor of the Rich Text for Jira Dashboards app for Atlassian Jira (the “App”). Atlassian Pty Ltd distributes the App but is not a party to this Agreement. By installing or using the App, you accept these terms.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on the Atlassian sites for which it is licensed, for as long as you comply with this Agreement.
The App is licensed, not sold. We retain all rights in it. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.
The App reads and writes the Jira issue fields you ask it to edit, using your own Jira permissions and acting only when you press Save. Your Jira content remains yours and remains in your Atlassian site. Content that Markdown cannot represent is preserved untouched rather than discarded.
The App is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
This Agreement runs for as long as you use the App. It ends if you stop using and uninstall the App, or if you breach it. Sections 3 to 5 survive termination.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
