Joinly adds Microsoft Teams meetings to Google Calendar events and mirrors those meetings onto your own Outlook calendar. This page explains exactly what it touches.
Joinly runs inside Google Apps Script under your own Google account. Your calendar data travels between Google and Microsoft only. It never reaches a server belonging to us, because we do not run one. We hold no copy of your events, and there is nothing on our side to breach or subpoena.
Joinly does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, your contacts, or any other Google service. Those permissions are not in its manifest, so it cannot read them even if asked to.
When you choose Joinly in the conferencing menu, it creates one calendar event in your own Microsoft account containing a Teams meeting, and updates or deletes that event when the Google event changes. Nothing else is sent.
Signing in is handled by Microsoft. Joinly never sees your Microsoft password. The resulting access token is stored in Google's per-user property store for your account only, and is removed when you select “Disconnect Microsoft account”.
No analytics, no telemetry, no advertising identifiers, no profiling. We do not sell or share data, because we do not receive any.
Joinly is a workplace tool and is not directed at children under 13.
Uninstalling the add-on from Google Workspace removes its stored tokens and triggers together with it. Meetings already created remain in your calendars, where you control them.
