These terms are between you and sellerkit (“we”), provider of the Joinly add-on. By installing or using Joinly you accept them.
Use Joinly on accounts you own or are authorised to use, for as long as you follow these terms.
Joinly needs a Microsoft work or school account with a Teams licence. Microsoft does not permit personal Microsoft accounts to create Teams meetings, and your administrator may restrict access. These are Microsoft's rules, not ours, and we cannot lift them.
Joinly depends on Google Apps Script and the Microsoft Graph API. Either may change, throttle, or become unavailable. We aim to keep Joinly working against such changes, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Joinly is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Joinly is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using Joinly at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate this licence if you breach these terms.
