This policy explains what happens to personal data in connection with the Step Functions Execution Viewer plugin (the “Software”), published by sellerkit.
The Software runs entirely inside your IDE, on your machine. It has no analytics, no telemetry, no crash reporting, and no “phone home” of any kind. We do not receive your source code, your AWS data, your usage, or your IP address from it.
The Software calls Amazon Web Services directly from your machine, using the credentials already
configured on it (for example ~/.aws/config profiles, environment variables, or an SSO
session). Those credentials are read locally and are never transmitted to us. What AWS does with
those requests is governed by your own agreement with AWS.
The Software is sold through JetBrains Marketplace. Payment, invoicing, and licence issuing are handled by JetBrains s.r.o. as the seller of record — we never see your card details. Licence validity is checked against JetBrains’ licensing service, not ours.
As the vendor, we receive from JetBrains the sales records they make available to vendors, which may include the licensee name, contact email, country, and the purchase details. We use them only to fulfil the sale, meet tax and accounting obligations, and answer support requests. See JetBrains’ privacy policy for what they collect.
If you email us, we keep the message and your address for as long as needed to resolve the matter and to keep a record of support history.
Sales and tax records are kept for the period required by applicable law. Support correspondence is kept no longer than needed for the purposes above.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. It is disclosed only where required by law, or to JetBrains as part of operating the sale.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to its processing. Write to us and we will act on it. For data held by JetBrains as the seller, contact JetBrains directly.
If this policy changes, the updated version is published at this address with a new effective date.
