Write to globalmatchhub@gmail.com. One person reads that mailbox and answers within one business day. Tell us the address of the site and what you expected to see, and a screenshot if the table looks wrong.
Google answers a request for a private sheet as though the sheet did not exist, so the app cannot tell the two cases apart. Open the sheet, press Share, and set General access to Anyone with the link. Then paste the address again. The address is only saved once it has been read successfully, so your live site keeps the last table that worked.
It should not be. Tablekit stacks each row into a card when the table is wider than the space it has. If a row is still being cut off, tell us the column count and the widest cell and we will look at it.
The plan is read from Wix each time the dashboard opens. Reload the dashboard page once. If it still says Free an hour after the purchase, write to us with the site address.
