These terms are between you and sellerkit (“we”), provider of the Tablekit app. By installing or using Tablekit you accept them.
Install and use Tablekit on sites you own or are authorised to manage, for as long as you follow these terms.
The rows you put in a table are yours. We claim no right over them and store no copy of them. You are responsible for having the right to display them.
Tablekit has a free plan and three paid plans. Wix sells and bills every paid plan under its own terms, takes the payment, and handles cancellation and refunds. We never receive your payment details. Changing plans takes effect as Wix describes at the moment of purchase.
The Google Sheets import needs a sheet shared with anyone who has the link, because that is what Google’s export allows. Google answers a request for a private sheet as though it does not exist, so the app cannot tell you anything more precise than “share it”. Wix, for its part, decides how the app is installed, billed and displayed. These are their rules, not ours.
Tablekit depends on Wix’s hosting and on Google’s export endpoint. Either may change, throttle or become unavailable. We aim to keep Tablekit working against such changes but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Tablekit is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Tablekit is limited to the amount paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using Tablekit at any time by uninstalling it from your site. We may terminate this licence if you breach these terms.
